Main tasks:
1) Process customer appeals on the following issues:
- API integration issues;
- questions about setting up a personal account;
- transaction questions;
- reporting issues.
2) Handle internal requests for service configuration, incident investigation. Our expectations:
- Work experience from 1 year;
- ability to conduct incident investigations;
- the ability to competently and productively conduct dialogue in chats;
- customer orientation;
- knowledge of software and operating systems at the level of a “confident user”;
- willingness and willingness to work in a team;
- the ability to quickly learn and understand previously unfamiliar tools and systems;
- knowledge of SQL, JSON, Linux will be an advantage.
