Main tasks:
1) Process customer appeals on the following issues:
  • API integration issues;
  • questions about setting up a personal account;
  • transaction questions;
  • reporting issues.

2) Handle internal requests for service configuration, incident investigation. Our expectations:

  • Work experience from 1 year;
  • ability to conduct incident investigations;
  • the ability to competently and productively conduct dialogue in chats;
  • customer orientation;
  • knowledge of software and operating systems at the level of a “confident user”;
  • willingness and willingness to work in a team;
  • the ability to quickly learn and understand previously unfamiliar tools and systems;
  • knowledge of SQL, JSON, Linux will be an advantage.
