Product Manager

Basic requirements:

• Experience working in the product team of a Fintech company (banking, billing, payment service provider, e-wallet);
• Work experience in the position of Product Manager for at least 1 year;
• Understanding of product analytics, collection and analysis of metrics;
• Understanding the software development life cycle;
• Experience in forming goals, hypotheses and product development strategy;
• Experience of interaction with the technical team, practical skills of working with CRM, task managers.

Main duties:

• Development and improvement of the company’s financial services;
• Formation of a product plan, prioritization of tasks for the development team;
• Collection and processing of requirements, prototyping, writing documentation;
• Product backlog management;
• Acceptance testing of finished product parts, recording and description of results;
• Analysis of competitors, search for growth points, generation of business insights;
• Interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
