What to do:

  • Client administration;
  • testing, inclusion of new customers;
  • setting commissions and services;
  • customer support in terms of business conditions;
  • management of document flow according to projects;
  • maintenance of relations with clients;
  • interaction with the development department in terms of client requirements for improvements.

  • Organizational abilities;
  • attentive and meticulous attitude to details and deadlines;
  • the ability to generate ideas and find non-standard solutions;
  • the ability to explain complex things in simple words so that after the answer the client does not have even more questions;
  • ability to organize process participants;
  • work experience in banks or FinTech;
  • experience in supporting and accompanying merchants;
  • experience in financial settings (setting up currencies, wallets, payment rules and operations)
